We perform dimensional and surface checks at every step of production. Tolerances are defined per project and maintained across all parts; a digital measurement report is shared for jobs that require it.
We can take DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and dimensioned PDF drawings straight into production. If you have no digital drawing, we can also produce from a measurement template or a sample part.
We work from a single prototype part to series production. Regardless of quantity, we assess your project and offer the most suitable production plan.
We can source and machine material from the broad Gülmar panel and decor collection, or we can machine the sheets you send us.
For standard jobs we provide ± 0.1 mm positioning accuracy. Tolerance is defined and approved per project based on the material and part geometry.
Lead time varies with part complexity, quantity and material availability. Our typical lead time for CNC work is 1–10 days, depending on project size. Once you send your technical drawing, we respond with a clear lead time and quote.
